D.C. Madam Dead, Suicide

UPDATE:  This just confirmed by Tarpon Springs Police Capt. Jeffrey Young at a press conference.  The body is that of Deborah Jean Palfrey, cause of death HANGING.  I still consider that a suspicious way to die.  Hanging can be ineffective, extremely painful, but very hard to prove if you are trying to cover up a murder.

Oh yes and I forgot about this, one of her former escorts committed suicide in 2006.  Former University of Maryland, Baltimore County, professor Brandy Britton, she committed suicide before she was scheduled to go to trial.

In any case this is sad and tragic, as the motive for suicide appears to be a desire to avoid prison.  It seems to me that it would be easier to go on the lamb.  Soon I'm sure well have all the detail of her mental health.

Deborah Jeane Palfrey the D.C. madam who last year threatened to "name and shame " has believed to be found dead in a storage shed adjacent to a Florida mobile home.

At this time police are claming no foul play.

Convicted earlier this year she was waiting for sentencing on June 25th for Federal racketeering charges.  Though she lived in California apparently she frequently visited with her mother in Florida.

Sounds suspicious to me...
