HILARY: "We Will...Totally Obliterate" Iran

By Christopher Wilde

Obama made the mistake of speaking the truth about people being bitter.  Not to be outdone, Hillary Clinton said Tuesday on Good Morning America that she would "totally obliterate" Iran were they to attack Israel. That's right, Hillary is prepared to obliterate the sixty- five (65) to seventy (70) million people that live in Iran.

Poor people, people who live under a repressive government.  People who know no better than the rules taught to them by the society into which they were born.  This is the woman we want in the White House?

Chalk it up to over zealous campaign language but someone who is willing to threaten the lives of millions of innocent people needs to stay asleep at 2 AM.  Who is she pandering to, Jewish American's do not need to hear that the enemies of Israel will be wiped off the face of the earth in what would surly be a holocaust.

There is no justification for this kind of language.  Even if Iran attacked Israel and even if the U.S. response was a nuclear retaliation to say so is absolutely irresponsible, gross and disgusting.

Hillary is cementing a victory for John McCain.  McCain has previously been viewed as a war monger, and willing to keep us in  Iraq for 100 years.  I'll take a hundred year base in Iraq over a complete obliteration of Iran.

Transcript:

CHRIS CUOMO: You said if Iran were to strike Israel, there would be 'massive retaliation." Scary words. Does 'massive retaliation" mean you'd go into Iran? You would bomb Iran? Is that what that's supposed to suggest?

CLINTON: Well, the question was, if Iran were to launch a nuclear attack on Israel, what would our response be? And I want the Iranians to know that if I am president, we will attack Iran. And I want them to understand that. Because it does mean that they have to look very carefully at their society. Because whatever stage of development they might be in their nuclear weapons program, in the next 10 years during which they might foolishly consider launching an attack on Israel, we would be able to totally obliterate them. That's a terrible thing to say, but those people who run Iran need to understand that. Because that, perhaps, will deter them from doing something that would be reckless, foolish, and tragic.
